Welcome to ENF Painting, the trade name (DBA) of ENF Services LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://www.enfpainting.com and the services we provide. By accessing our website or requesting a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. SERVICES
ENF Painting provides interior painting, exterior painting, kitchen cabinet painting, deck staining, power washing, and drywall repair services in Madison, CT and surrounding Connecticut shoreline communities, including Guilford, Branford, Clinton, Old Saybrook, Westbrook, Essex, and Old Lyme. Services are subject to availability, location, and scheduling. ENF Painting is licensed and insured — CT Registration #0668550.
2. ESTIMATES AND SCHEDULING
- Estimates may be requested through our website, by phone, or via SMS, and are provided free of charge.
- Estimates are based on the scope of work discussed and are not binding until confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties.
- We will provide confirmations, reminders, and project updates via SMS, email, or phone.
- You are responsible for providing accurate location and contact information.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion.
- Work schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, which can affect exterior painting.
3. PAYMENT
- Payment terms, including any deposit, will be stated in your written estimate or agreement.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are subject to change without notice until an estimate is accepted.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule scheduled work.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee covering materials already purchased or scheduled labor.
5. SMS / TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

- Remove or protect valuable, fragile, and personal items from the work area before work begins
- Notify us of any known hazards, including lead paint, mold, or structural issues, before work begins
- Communicate accurately about your service needs and any special instructions
7. WORKMANSHIP
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of project completion and we will work with you to make it right.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ENF Painting is not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions, defects, or damage not caused by our work
- Damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on https://www.enfpainting.com, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of ENF Painting and may not be used without our written permission.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Haven County, Connecticut.
